This policy applies to all websites owned or operated by Buildsoft (such as buildsoft.com.au, cubitselect.com, cubitsoftware.com and au.mybartender.co, the "Sites", and any related websites, sub-domains and pages), as well as any hosted services operated by Buildsoft (such as Cubit Select) ("Hosted Services").

Buildsoft may collect and store the below types of information about you when you directly submit such information to Buildsoft or through the use of our Sites, Products and/or Services:

- Address/location (where applicable for delivery and registration of goods or other communications pursuant to the delivery of services or other administrative needs)

This information is collected in order to provide access to Products and/or Services and to identify you as a nominated and authorised customer.
Some Buildsoft Products and/or Services may also require submissions of the below content in order to make use of the Products and/or Services:
- Content created by our Products and/or Services
- Business Data – unless otherwise specified Business Data remains the property of the submitter and Buildsoft will only make use of it when providing Services or support to the submitter of the Business Data in connection with Products and/or Services.
- Buildsoft may use Business Data in an aggregated, anonymous manner for marketing purposes or improving the Products and/or Services
3. Information we may store and process on your behalf about others
Through your use of the Sites, Products and/or Services, Hosted Services, Buildsoft may also collect information from you about someone else. If you provide Hosted Services with personal information about someone else, you must ensure that you are authorised to disclose that information to Buildsoft and that, without Hosted Services taking any further steps required by applicable data protection or privacy laws, Hosted Services may collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes described in this policy.
This means that you must take reasonable steps to ensure the individual concerned is aware of and/or consents to the various matters detailed in this policy, including the fact that their personal information is being collected, the purposes for which that information is being collected, the intended recipients of that information, the individual's right to obtain access to that information, Buildsoft's identity, and how to contact Buildsoft.
Where requested to do so by Buildsoft, you must also assist Buildsoft with any requests by the individual to access or update the personal information you have collected from them and entered into the Sites, Hosted Services or in connection with any Products and/or Services.

Buildsoft may use the information collected to support Buildsoft's customers, Products and/or Services and business purposes including:
